From baking to serving, the Emile Henry Ceramic Tart Dish distributes heat gently and evenly, helping pastry bake without drying out. Its elegant fluted edge makes it ideal for presenting homemade tarts, quiches and other bakes straight at the table.
For an easier release, lightly butter the dish before adding your pastry. A little sugar sprinkled over the butter helps create a deliciously caramelised crust.
The durable, smooth glaze is designed for everyday use. You can cut directly in the dish, put it through the dishwasher and reheat leftovers in the microwave, making it a practical choice for both everyday meals and special occasions.
